How quickly is a ticket request dealt with?
Follow-up to the request is typically within 24 hours. When possible, Ticket Exchange will try to accommodate same day requests. If there's a public holiday when you make your request, follow-up may take a little longer.
What if there are additional event options with the ticket, such as reserved seating for the parade before the Rugby World Cup?
Requests for additional event options can be accommodated. It's important to request additional options when you request your tickets.
Will I receive the exact ticket I asked for?
We'll do all we can to ensure you get the right ticket, but Ticket Exchange may upgrade your tickets if necessary at no extra charge to yourself.

Only once in 24 years has Ticket Exchange failed to deliver tickets on time. This was due to an unforeseen change regarding the number of guests allowed to attend a specific event. The customer enjoyed another event of their choice at Ticket Exchange's expense.
