They are solely responsible for providing the facilities and services that they agree with a cardholder. They reserve the right to decline fulfilment of any cardholder request that is deemed either illegal or immoral. Cardholders will be required to pay for any concierge service that they have agreed to accept, once that request has been fulfilled by our concierge agency. Payments should preferably be made with Visa Infinite.
